I’ve let this blog slip over the last week or so as I’ve been trying to sort out a new look,and it’s still to come, but I’ve got to give a quick mention to Shy Lowen’s music festival which happens this coming Sunday, July 1st! It’s a one stage affair on the edge of Liverpool in a volunteer led Horse & Pony Sanctuary and it’s the perfect cheap date. Sit in the sun (hopefully), surrounded by horses whilst watching artists such as Mike Badger & The Shady Trio, The Big House (acoustic), Chris Elliot, Edgar Summertyme and loads more along with stalls and refreshments.  Oh and it’s only a 2 quid minimum donation on the gate so bring some beer for yourselves and carrots for the horses and get a little bit deep south in the north end of Liverpool!
