This weekend sees a slight diversion for Rivercool as I head to the Southport Weekender as official photographer and whilst that doesn’t sound like much of a diversion, it’s actually the best part of 200 miles away as the Southport Weekender has moved from Pontins in Southport to Butlins in Minehead! But that’s ok because even when it was in Southport it was actually in Ainsdale. It’s confusing but it’s good for me as I get to check out new crzy golf courses along with getting to photograph the likes of Soul II Soul, Jill Scott, Norman Jay and Brand New Heavies.
